Before become StayKtion, this house was a villa house surrounded by number of ‘Longan’ trees, tropical habitat. They are the native plant in Northern of Thailand. It has the sweet and aromatic in taste. We are keeping many of them in order to maintain the environment be the same and also provide to our guest to test it seasonally.

Total area of more than 3,000 sq.m. has divided into 2 major areas, the villa and the garden. In order to make sure that our guests do have the perfect rest and privacy so we decided to make it only 4 rooms and keep the largest portion as garden which have more than 90% of total area. The villa has renovated keeping its old colonial style by Mr. Thanachat Phorung, the architect who has blended it gracefully with modern Thai decoration.
